What can I sell?

We accept high-quality South Asian couture including:

How do I start selling?
  • Submit Your Pieces - Upload photos and details of your outfits through our seller portal.
  • Expert Review - Our cultural fashion team reviews your submission and may request additional details or images to ensure clarity and quality.
  • Quality Photos - Provide clear, high quality photos of your outfit, the better the presentation, the higher the chance of a quick sale & maximum return.
  • UK Listing Once approved, your couture is listed on our UK-based marketplace, connecting you with buyers across the country.
  • Seamless Sales & Payments - The sale process is handled by reputable shipping partners, ensuring smooth transactions and a clear, hassle-free way for you to receive your earnings.
What commission do you charge?

Our commission rate is 10% on all orders. We don't charge any listing fees. You only get charged when your item is sold.
How do I get paid?


Once a seller has sold an outfit, it is their responsibility to ship it within 3 days, or sooner if possible. After the buyer receives the outfit and confirms its condition, they will notify us. The seller’s payment will then be released, or it will automatically be released within 7 days of the sale. Sellers should ensure all shipments are tracked to provide proof of delivery.

How are items reviewed before listing?

Every piece on CultrCloset is carefully reviewed by our fashion experts. We assess the photos and details submitted by the seller, and may request additional information or images to ensure each outfit meets our quality and cultural standards. While we do not provide formal authentication, this review process ensures that every listing is accurately represented, well-presented, and trustworthy for buyers.
What if an item doesn't fit?

We recommend carefully checking the measurements provided in each listing before purchasing. If an item doesn’t fit as expected, buyers can contact the seller directly through the CultrCloset platform to discuss possible returns, exchanges, or alterations, depending on the seller’s terms.
Do you offer returns?

A: Returns are accepted only if:

  • The item differs significantly from the listing description
  • The item arrives damaged
  • We do not accept returns for fit issues.

This is why we strongly encourage buyers to carefully review measurements and communicate with the seller before making a purchase.
